I SAW A POSTING FOR $425.25/WEEK (I'M STILL WONDERING WHERE THE QUARTER FITS IN). NOW GET THIS. IT'S A SIXTY, YES 60, HOUR WEEK. DO THE MATH. LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE. LOCK AND LOAD FOR THIS SCUMBAG.
MY TAKE ON THE ABOVE? THEY DO NOT NEED TO LOOK FOR PEOPLE TO HIRE. THEY HAVE ENOUGH FAMILY MEMBERS TO WORK FOR THOSE WAGES.
MOST OF THEM SHOULD GO BACK TO SECOND GRADE AND LEARN HOW TO SPELL AND USE CORRECT GRAMMAR.
THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE STATE OF THE ECONOMY. IF AND WHEN THINGS PICK UP THEY WILL BE SUCKING D_CKS LOOKING FOR PEOPLE.
THEN THERE ARE POSTINGS AND SITUATIONS SIMILAR TO:
A) MAKE 45K PART TIME, $100,000 EASY, THE BEST KEPT SECRET, ETC. MY QUESTION IS, WHY ISN'T EVERYBODY KNOCKING THE DOORS DOWN TO WORK THERE?
B) POSTING IN WRONG AREAS SO THEY EXPECT YOU TO DRIVE 600 MILES TO GET TO WORK.
C) THE SAME POSTINGS THAT APPEAR THE SAME DAY UNDER A DIFFERENT POSTING TITLE. AT LEAST SIX TIMES. ONE WORD IS CHANGED IN THE DESCRIPTION AND THESE PEA BRAINS THINK IT'S GOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
D) THE LIST CAN GO ON AND ON.
BESIDE THE SCUMBAG WAGES. HERE IS WHAT IS EXPECTED:
A) YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS, USE YOUR CAR FOR DELIVERIES (NO TOLLS AND GAS), ETC.
B) DURING YOUR (1) 9 MINUTE BREAK OF THE DAY YOU MUST STUDY FOR THE NEW NASA SPACE SHUTTLE ASTRONAUT PROGRAM EXAM. THE EXAM MUST BE PASSED WITHIN 4 AND A HALF WEEKS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.
C) YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WORK EVERY OTHER SATURDAY TO ASSIST IN BRAIN SURGURY AT THE HOSPITAL DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET. (ANOTHER 1200 MILES ON YOUR CAR). THIS IS CONSIDERED VOLUNTEER WORK AND A SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY. YOU WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED. HOWEVER WE WILL OFFER A LUNCH SPECIAL FOR $72.
D) ANYONE WITH LESS THAN 6 MASTERS DEGREES AND AT LEAST ONE DOCTORATE, IN ONE OF THE LIFE SCIENCES, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY.

Part Time Marketing Graphics Assistant (Hamilton, NJ)
Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL) is a CLIA certified clinical laboratory with multiple state licensing, specializing in state of the art, automated DNA based molecular analysis of a variety of chronic and infectious illnesses. MDL specializes and performs Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) with a larger menu of testing available in the field of infectious disease. Our main theme of research is in the field of Gynecology, Infectious Diseases, Infectious Arthritis, Tick-borne Diseases, Mycology, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).
MDL is currently hiring for Part Time Production Assistant in the Marketing Department to join our team in our corporate office in Hamilton, NJ.
Job Description:
The Production Assistant will assist the Graphics Division of the Marketing Department with their production schedule.
Essential Functions:
1. Assist in the day-to-day print production projects including: printing, laminating, cutting, scoring, spiral binding, etc.
2. Work with requestors and designers to handle content requests and content changes.
3. Assist in updating our project tracking spreadsheet.
4. Assist in data-base maintenance and mail merges for direct mail campaigns.
5. Organize files and photograph libraries.
6. Assist with contacting outside vendors for pricing, job specifications, etc.
7. Assist with inventory controls procedures.
8. Assist designers with ongoing projects as needed.
9. Assist with mass mailings.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Marketing & Administration and Senior Graphic Designer.
Requirements:
1. Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
2. Three years related work experience, preferable in graphics, printing or marketing, or a customer service or operations support capacity.
3. Well developed ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong organizational skills and detail orientation are of the highest importance.
4. High level of initiative and resourcefulness.
5. Confirmed ability to establish, maintain, and retain loyal relationships with internal staff as well as outside contacts and vendors.
6. Energy, motivation, enthusiasm and integrity.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills.
9. Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision making ability.
10. Computer proficiency in MS office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions.
