Salesforce Administrator/Desktop Support (san rafael)
Position Summary
Canal Alliance seeks an experienced technology professionally to administrate the Salesforce database system which is used for both client tracking and fund raising. Under the direction of the IT Director, this position will maintain and enhance the current data system to keep the organization data tracking system up to date. Outside consultants will be used to perform large system changes. Additional responsibilities (25%) will include providing desktop support to staff computers and interacting the network consultants for marinating the technology system integrity.

Responsibilities:
Salesforce Database Administrator:
• Responsible for the day to day operation of database information system
• Work with agency directors to refine and evolve database to meet changing needs
• Provide training to users on use of current and future system
• Monitor data quality and support staff to ensure highest quality of data
• Create/maintain user manuals and documentation.
• Modify data system as necessary to adapt to changing programs
• Develop systems to create reports and mass mailings
• Work with consultants on major enhancements to current system
• Synthesize program data to inform program evaluation
Windows Desktop Support:
• Provide Windows XP/7 desktop and printer support
• Prepare computers and telecommunications for new staff
• Maintain inventory of all hardware and software
• Responsible for the daily backup of Windows server
Knowledge of:
• Salesforce Non-Profit Starter Pack
• Familiar with the Data Loader and CRM Fusion's Demand Tools
• Knowledge of ScreenSteps user documentation system
• Business software such as Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic principles of non-profit program evaluation
• Windows software and hardware
Ability to:
• Continually enhance technical skills as technical applications evolve
• Take initiative, work independently or as part of a team
• Effectively communicate technical and procedural language using common terms
• Think proactively, anticipate problems, analyze situations and develop effective solutions
• Provide excellent customer service while prioritizing competing requests
• Design and enhance relational databases
Qualifications
• B.A. or 3 years equivalent experience.
• Background and experience in Salesforce. (Certification a plus).
• Background in creating and maintaining user documentation.
• 3 years providing support to PC based computers in a network environment
• 3 years working in non-profit environment preferred
• Experience working with low-income immigrant populations
• Spanish language ability helpful
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Benefits package includes medical, optional 403(b) and Med125 plans. This position is non-exempt, full-time.

Wraparound Social Worker – Working with Kids and Families! (sonoma)
The Wraparound Social Worker's primary responsibility is to facilitate Child and Family Planning Meetings using wrap-around principals that are family-centered, individualized, strengths-based, and outcome-focused. Our goal is to help seriously disturbed children and their families receive intensive treatment in the least restrictive environment that is appropriate.
Location:
- Sonoma County
Responsibilities:
- Function as a program leader and uphold the ideals of the program.
- Facilitation of Child and Family Planning Meetings. This includes: using the model for facilitation from John VanDenBerg and Mary Grealish, preparing for the meeting, facilitate the meeting, write meeting notes and distribute them within two days, write the mental health notes, and clean up after the meeting. Contacting team members to arrange the meeting and working with the Support Counselor Supervisor to arrange childcare may be necessary and should be discussed with the involved Child and Family Liaison.
- Chart Mental Health Notes, Child and Family Planning Meeting notes, Incident Reports, and other documentation as necessary and in a timely manner.
- Provide program support by training staff about wraparound facilitation and participating in outside trainings as appropriate.
- Intervene with clients' behavior management programs as needed. This includes physical management of the clients (implementation of Seneca Center's Ahimsa Model Training) if necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork including, but not limited to the following: time sheets, petty cash, and mileage.
- Maintain professional behavior at all times, appropriately representing Seneca's mission and philosophy.
- Participate in providing emergency pager response as scheduled.
- Perform all other duties as necessary for the good of the agency as directed by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related subject area and license eligible with the BBS as an ASW, MFTI, LCSW or MFT
- Fingerprint clearances
- Own vehicle, valid California Drivers License and insurance
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with emotionally disturbed children in out-of-home care
- Experience implementing family-focused wrap-around services
- Ability to work with a diverse population
- Good organizational and writing skills
- Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Willing to respond to crisis situations and be part of a rotating emergency pager system
Hours
- Flexible schedule, Facilitators may work some evenings as well as occasional weekend hours as needed. Full time position.
Compensation
- $40,000 unlicensed, $48,000 licensed.
- Additional 10% increase in compensation for bilingual abilities in English and Spanish upon successful completion of the language proficiency exam.
- Fully paid employee benefits including medical, dental, vision and chiropractic coverage and 50% paid premiums for dependents.
- 5 weeks of paid time off.
- Excellent clinical training, individual and group supervision, and assistance toward licensure.
