Imaging Clerk (Omaha)
This position is Part Time Monday - Friday from 9am-1pm with alternating weekends. Located at Children's Hospital Omaha.
The Imaging Clerk performs a variety of clerical duties which may include but are not limited to: Prepping medical records to be scanned, scanning medical records into the optical imaging system, and indexing the documents to the appropriate patient encounter and document type. The majority of job duties will be performed in the Health Information Department.
Required Skills:
Basic to intermediate personal computing skills in a Windows based environment.

•Exhibits an understanding of engineering application configurations and integration with the desktop.
•Answers internal inquires and troubleshoots software and hardware failures either in person or on the phone.
•Performs hardware and software moves, adds and changes.
•Ensures systems and related equipment are in working condition.
•Maintains records on repairs, down time, changes and updates.
Job Qualifications and requirements:
•Advanced Customer Service Skills - Proven excellent customer skills are top priority. These skills should be evidenced from experience in face to face end user support.(not just phone - helpdesk experience).
•Basic Networking Skills - ideal candidate should not be a network/system administrator. However, should have an understanding of how networks operate. Both LAN and WAN basic functionality knowledge would be a plus in this position.
•Solid PC Technical Skills - the ideal candidate must be well versed in PC support, primarily software but hardware as well. Demonstrated recent knowledge/skills in Windows and the Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is critical. Also experience in VoIP and Blackberry is a plus.
•Basic Project Management - Comprehension of how projects are rolled out and completed is a definite plus.
