Admin & Payroll & office work (Milwaukee)

Responsibilities Include:
Part time 25-30 hours a week will turn into full time 40 hours after training.
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as invoicing, preparation of payroll, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, etc.
Ensure proper completion of all invoicing to include; complete all daily and weekly IRN's for all work performed.
Handle issues for mobile phones in regards to activation, deactivation and repair.
Verify payroll and correct any problems that may arise.
Ensure completion of all company documents and send all necessary paperwork to corporate on a weekly basis.
Track completion of QC reports.
Provide customer service to customers in regards to any invoicing issues.
Ordering of all office supplies.
Keep accurate records of all company owned equipment used by Installers.
Assist District Administrative Manager in various administrative duties and special projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient with various software programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrate professionalism with customers and co-workers in a consistent business like manner.
Ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner.
Capable of working independently and as a team player.
Some evenings or weekends may be required.

Compensation: Hourly depending on exp. starting wage between 10.00-12.00 per hour
