Small Downtown horse-drawn carriage company looking for a full time employee and a part time employee.
People and animal friendly, please. Seniors and students are welcome.
MUST have no felonies, no DUI's, be able to pass a physical and drug test for your driving permit, and have a valid TN/AR/MS driver license.
Must be at least 20.
Horse experience and Memphis knowledge is not necessary, we will completely train you.
We can be flexible, but need drivers mostly afternoons and evenings, weekends are a must.
This job is commission based on your sales.

Job Summary & Duties:
We are looking for a Local Area Representative to help support our Host Families and Au Pairs in your area. The position is with one of the top Au Pair agencies in the country with over 20 years of experience doing business in the child care industry. Our Au Pair Agency is one of twelve agencies designated by the U.S. Department of State.
The Au Pair Program was established in 1989 by the Department of State to help increase cultural exchange and international relations. An Au Pair is a young adult who comes to the United States to live with a family while providing 45 hours of child care each week in exchange for room and board and a small stipend.
This position is part time, with full-time potential as the number of families and Au Pairs you represent grows. This position is primarily work-from-home. Perfect for stay-at-home parents, part time employees and empty nesters who are well connected in their community. Must be self-motivated, sales-driven and professional.
Responsibilities:
-Calling to introduce themselves to every au pair within 48 hours of her/his arrival at the family's home.
-Arranging an orientation with the host family and au pair meeting within two weeks of arrival. This orientation is designed to help both parties establish a good working relationship, to explain cultural differences the au pair may face, and to acquaint her/him with the area.
-Showing her/him how to open a local bank account.
-Telling the au pair how to obtain a driver's license for the state you're in.
-Explaining what unique educational opportunities exist in your area and how she/he can take advantage of them.
-Introducing the au pair to other au pairs living in your area. This will help her/him start her/his experience in the United States with a circle of friends from many different parts of the world, friendships that may last a lifetime!
-Contacting each host family and aupair monthly to make sure everything is going well.
-Arranging au pair group activities throughout the year. These activities are planned to help the au pair make friends with other au pairs and to build a good relationship with the Local Area Representative.

Job Summary
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Set tables according to type of event and service standards. Answer questions on menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day. Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc. Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
