Knowledge Required: Must have working understanding of CPT, ICD-9 and HCPCS codes to perform duties. Must have previous experience with collections from insurance companies and patients, involving setting up payment plans and follow-up calls. Review aging list of accounts and apply adjustments to accounts, post payments, charge offs, prepare and send out statements of accounts, Collections, Corresponding with patients and insurance companies.

High school diploma (minimum), Associates preferred, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Multi-line phone system operation, high level grammatical skills.

Highly flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends a must.
