Mortgage office in Birmingham needs part-time Assistant (Birmingham)

Hi, we are a small, but busy mortgage office in downtown Birmingham.

We are looking for a motivated, intelligent, sharp, individual who works with a sense of urgency and can handle fast paced assignments! Looking to fill this position immediately.

Your job duties would be assisting our Processor in her daily assignments. This will usually consist of scanning documents, calling clients to ask for conditions (i.e. driver's licenses, W-2 forms, pay stubs) and basically doing whatever our Processor needs as far as her daily work load goes.

You must be proficient on the computer and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This job is part time. Your hours will be Noon to 6pm, Monday through Thursday. Friday's on occasion. (24+ hours/week) You must be able to work these hours consistently, and also pass a background check.

Pay will be $10/hour, no benefits.

This is the perfect job for someone who is going to school and taking night (or very early morning) classes, or someone who has a night job.
