Concession Stand Manager (Principal Park/Iowa Cubs)
Part time/seasonal schedule varies, April 5 through August 26, 2012. It is approximately 70 days maximum. Must be able to supervise concession stand personnel. Also must follow food preparation guidelines from management, monitor product quality, portion control, food safety, and the overall cleanliness of the concession stand. You need to make sure everyone is following alcoholic beverage policies, and you need to handle customer concerns. Damaged Freight Inspector (Des Moines)
We are looking for a reliable person with good report writing skills, computer literate, with a digital camera. This person would make inspections of damaged shipments, take digital photos, and prepare reports that will assist trucking companies and package delivery services with cargo claims. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Business Manager, we are looking for someone who can assist the Executive Partners and Management/Account Team and ensure the office runs smoothly.
Description:
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and routing incoming calls
- Managing employee time sheets -- data entry and tracking
- Managing shipping and receiving, including mail processing
- Maintaining and ordering office and kitchen supply inventory
- Generating, printing, and distributing ad hoc reports for Management and Account Services team
- Managing all transportation and travel arrangements (car, air, hotel, etc.)
- Managing Executive Partner's and Account Team's calendars and schedules
- Light A/R & A/P -- data entry and tracking
- Managing corporate credit card expenses -- tracking and data entry
- Opening new client jobs and preparing job folders
- Assisting with job trafficking tasks → adding resources, adding/posting To-Do's and files to jobs
- Creating project timelines
- Managing activities associated with office and client meetings -- catering, scheduling, etc.
- Managing office documents and files (scanning, organization, retention, and storage)
- Liaison with building landlord, including overseeing maintenance, and repair activities
- Special projects and other duties as assigned

This position reports to the Business Manager.
This is a salaried position. Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.

Candidate Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree is required.
1-3 years' work experience is required, preferably in a small-mid size office environment or advertising agency, as well as demonstrated experience booking domestic and international travel reservations.
Candidate must have working knowledge of Mac OS X and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities, in a fast-paced, sometimes-hectic environment
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, but recognize when additional direction is necessary
