Local company is looking for a dispatcher who will be speaking to customers and recording information. Computer literacy and customer service skills are very important. No previous work experience necessary.

Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access.

Must be familiar with how to email, copy, paste and save files.

Alcohol and drug free.

This is a part time position, 2:30-6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Clearwater Beach Marina Dolphin Sales (Clearwater Beach)

We seek a front line booth/sales person to work in the ticket booth for The Tropics Boat Tours on Clearwater Beach. We are a 60 ft. double-decker dolphin touring/party boat on Clearwater Beach. Applicants will be answering the phone, building groups to board our daily tours, preparing groups before boarding and performing basic office duties.

Applicant requirements:
*be very trustworthy
*have a very outgoing personality
*have sales/hospitality experience
*have money handling experience
*present themselves, speak and write well (Spanish speaking a plus)
*be familiar with Word and Excel
*be able to multi-task
*able to build conversation with all walks of life
*have reliable transportation

Realtor Assistant (South Tampa)

Need assertive individual to assist busy Realtor on a part time basis - 20 hours to start with the ability to go full time - in a South Tampa office 5 days a week from 11 - 3. (Hours are flexible).

Job details:
Following contracts to close using established check list, transaction management.
Produce and mail marketing materials, experience with MS Word, Excel, and Publisher
Enter leads into and maintain customer database
Update and maintain multiple websites with current information
Photograph listings with Realtor supplied camera
Put lockboxes and sign riders on and remove them listings.
Send postcards and note cards to prospects and clients on a regular basis.

This person must multi-task well, work well under pressure, in a high paced environment.
Be an excellent proof reader and notices the details.
Have an excellent phone voice, comfortable table with clients, other Realtors, lenders, and title agents.
Must be highly organized and efficient.
Must supply notebook computer and be fluent in MS Office, other real estate specific programs with be taught.
Must have reliable transportation, mileage to be reimbursed.
This job will require high skills with computers, scanners, fax machines, and printers.

Must possess or be willing to obtain their Florida Real Estate License. (Company will pay for course)
Must not want to be a Realtor.
