Maxim Healthcare Services is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an immediate per-diem position in private duty home healthcare.

Hours:
Services are generally 12 hour shifts in the patient's home depending on their needs. This is a per diem position, meaning the employee can pick up shifts on a daily basis. However, there are opportunities to have full time and part time work with us.

Experience/Qualifications Needed:
• Have and maintain board certification as a RN or LPN from the State of Florida Department of Health.
• Have current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certificate.
• Have been employed a minimum of one year practicing as a RN or LPN.
• Have experience with a G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator.

This position is per diem. However, this patient has 24 hour care so you have opportunity to work part time and full time with us, especially on other cases.

Consumer Law Contract Attorney

We are a national law firm with over 150 attorneys. We represent clients primarily in consumer law including debt negotiation/reorganization, FDCPA violations, help for judgment proof clients, and bankruptcy. Our debt negotiation/debt reorganization division is seeking an attorney interested in contributing their expertise in consumer law and litigation to our firm and clients in need of legal and financial advice.
The candidate must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida state bar. Because this position is virtual, the ideal candidate will have the demonstrated ability to work independently, learn new software and procedure, and possess excellent computer skills. The candidate MUST have a minimum of three years of litigation experience. The candidate needs knowledge of bankruptcy, be able to designate a portion of the each workday to taking and returning calls to clients including some evening calls, and to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients via telephone and email. An attorney with consumer law litigation experience representing debtors, experience with legal aid or pro bono work, former collection work, and/or licensed in other states would be considered first. We are looking for an attorney with an established solo practice and would like to supplement his or her income with this part time work or an attorney who only wants to work part time. Attorneys intending to work full time elsewhere need not apply. While this is a contract position, we are looking for a long term relationship with the new attorney.

Job description:
SUMMARY:
The leasing consultant is the first point of contact with potential residents. They are responsible for meeting and greeting potential residents and providing general property information.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Reports to Business Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Meets and greets prospective residents. • Shows market ready units to potential residents. • May walk vacant units to ensure market readiness and inform maintenance department of any market ready deficiencies. • Completes traffic sheets and maintains guest card files for the manager. Updates the leasing handbook. Prepares correspondence such as thank you notes and other general correspondence as assigned by the manager. • Processes rental applications for the business manager's approval. Assists with reviewing applicant qualification and resident approval. • Initiates resident screening. Collects deposits, ensures that lease files are complete and that the correct entries are posted in the accounting system. • Conducts themselves and property business according to State and federal laws and regulations. May assume the role of acting business manager, if a resident on the property or holds an active real estate license. • Accepts rent payments and resident service requests. • Assists with the required weekly and monthly property reports. • Administers the Resident Referral and Resident Retention programs. • Assists in resolving resident complaints and answers resident questions. • Performs market research and generates market comparison reports. • Assists with property marketing activities. • Assists with monitoring curb appeal, office and model appearance and signage. • Assists with maintenance of the appearance of the office, amenity area, models and common areas of the property. • Conducts errands off of the property including the purchase of supplies, post office mailings, etc. • Conducts property business according to company policy. • Performs other duties as necessary to meet the needs of residents and the property.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform all essential functions satisfactorily. The requirements define the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform the essential functions. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school education or equivalent preferred. Experience in a customer service role a plus.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

Must possess a basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations. Must have superior customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels and management and personnel. Must be able to effectively market a property and the surrounding amenities to potential residents and conduct the appropriate follow-up through written and verbal communication.
