Director of Event Technology
This exceptional opportunity is perfect for candidates with the drive to boost revenues and profitability of an assigned location. Position is responsible for overall sales and operations management; client and hotel partner satisfaction; and development opportunities for employees.
Requirements include minimum of AA/BS or equivalent experience, three or more years of audiovisual technical experience preferably in a hospitality environment with responsibility for direct client interaction.
Assistant Director Event Technology
This position will assist the Director of Event Technology in all audiovisual responsibilities: employee relations and development, property and vendor relationships, project/event management, scheduling, customer relationships and sales. Candidate must excel at managing day-to-day operations in a technical environment.
AA/BS preferred, a minimum of two or more years of audiovisual technical experience required; high level of proven customer service expertise
Event Technology Specialist I
This position is ideal for experienced event technologists with the ability and confidence to set up and operate large and small-scale audiovisual systems with a specialty in either audio, video, computers, lighting or rigging for live events.
Excellent customer service skills, a minimum three years of field experience in specialty area and project management experience required.
Senior Event Technology Specialist
Intermediate set up and operation of large and small-scale audiovisual systems with a focus on team leadership and staff development while ensuring the utmost in client satisfaction. Assist in training other technicians on all floor activities while serving as a mentor for new hires and assisting DET with training new hires on hotel and PSAV service expectations.
Exceptional customer service skills, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lighting, rigging, audio, video, and computers, and supervisory responsibility are required
Event Technology Specialist II
Intermediate level set up and operation of large and small-scale audiovisual systems for live events while ensuring the utmost in client satisfaction. 3-5 years of experience working with intermediate to advanced operations and processes in audio, video, lighting, computers, and rigging.
HS diploma required with a BS degree and proven audiovisual experience preferred.
Event Technology Specialist III
Dependable candidates needed for basic set up and operation of large and small-scale audiovisual systems for live events. Candidate must have basic knowledge and technical ability, be flexible in scheduling requirements and demonstrate customer service skills.
High school diploma required, BS Degree and proven audiovisual experience preferred with emphasis in customer service and learning initiative.

Behavior Technician (Lacey)
We have an immediate opening for a part time Behavior Technician in Lacey.
Support children with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors that are currently living in their home environment. Most, but not all, hours are needed during after school hours (2:30PM to 8PM). Applicants need to be available during these times.

Each child supported in our Children's Program has an individualized plan that is tailored to their unique needs and goals. We assist them with decreasing maladaptive behaviors and increasing socially relevant behaviors, daily living skills, communication, community interaction and recreation.
The Behavior Technician implements written positive behavior support plans as directed by a certified Behavior Specialist. This includes one-on-one behavioral interventions and skill development activities. Services will be provided to children with challenging behaviors ages 8 through 21 in the child's home or other community-based settings. The Behavior Technician will provide client and/or parent training in applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions, including Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
Job Duties:
• Maintains knowledge of individuals, their health/medical needs, and their service plans. Provides therapy as scheduled and as outlined in each individual's service plan and assists the individual in achieving their goals.
• Maintains an accurate record of services delivered, time worked, and mileage/expenses incurred. Documents and collects data and notes to adequately show individual's progress toward goals on service plan.
• Ensures that Behavior Specialist is informed of events impacting individuals receiving support and services.
• Completes a minimum of 45 hours of training every 3 years in continuing education related to children with developmental disabilities and challenging behavior.
• Other duties as assigned by the Behavior Specialist.
Qualifications:
These are Washington State requirements and cannot be waived.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in psychology, education, social work or related field.
• Ability to satisfy a criminal background check and drug screen.
• 800 hours of relevant course work and/or training in principles of child development, learning theory, positive behavior support techniques, dual diagnosis, and/or behavior analysis. May be included as part of the degree program.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds of unbalanced weight
• Two years of relevant experience in designing and/or implementing comprehensive behavioral therapies for children with developmental disabilities and challenging behavior. One year for a person with a Master's degree.
• Maintain licensure/certification with the state of Washington in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 18.19RCW, if applicable. (For example, a Licensed Social Worker must maintain an active license).
• First Aid and CPR certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Willingness and ability to provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a positive, professional way.

Description: We're recruiting for a Part-Time (25-30 hours per week) opportunity servicing Puyallup, Parkland, Spanaway, Graham and Orting as a field representative to collect data for exterior and interior liability, condition and valuation purposes. Reps drive to personal and commercial properties to measure areas and record visual observations, then at home perform data entry and upload photos onto their computer which is transmitted back to Mueller via our website. Preferred candidates must live in Puyallup.
Mueller receives work from our customers daily, weekly, and monthly. Assignments to field representatives are given on a daily or weekly basis, allowing you flexibility to make an efficient schedule while prioritizing the availability and needs of the policyholders. Mueller pays on a per case basis and, with good efficiency, our reps make an average of $13.00/hr. based on individual performance.
