In addition, this individual will be responsible for ordering, purchasing and/or shipping parts, and may be cross trained to do shipping and receiving as needed for coverage.

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Night Auditor will ensure that all daily transactions are reconciled and accounted for in accordance with set policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Ensure accurate and timely recording of daily outlet totals and record keeping.
2. Assist in the auditing of daily work for all outlets and posting correct daily totals. Balance Room Charges with Micros & Pars Room & House Charge Totals.
3. Perform daily backups on systems and perform any necessary maintenance when situations arise.
4. Input all POS summary information into daily excel revenue spreadsheet & post daily
revenue into CSS, accounting software.
5. Balance daily credit card postings and transmit through the Guest Plus & PB Admin systems for settlement.
6. Provide backup for Front Office and Communications during their scheduled breaks and provide assistance as needed.
7. Insure proper distribution of daily reports in a timely manner and that all accounting reports are filed away properly.
8. Notify proper outlets when discrepancies arise. Follow up with Senior Staff Accountant and document situations.
9. Perform all activities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
Two years previous experience as a night auditor in a hotel or resort
High school graduate or equivalent.
College degree in Accounting preferred.
Extensive knowledge of standard Property Management Systems.
Complete understanding of POS systems and how they maintain & process information.
Basic PC skills.
Knowledge of Excel, including but not limited to formulas and spreadsheet integration

GENERAL DUTIES:
This position reports directly to the Program Specialist of the PrimeTime Extended School Day Program. The Activity Leader is mandated to take all steps necessary to ensure the safety, security, and well being of the children enrolled in the program. Responsibilities include supervision and interaction with students on a daily basis through individual and group activities.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
• Promote a safe and positive environment for children at all times.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the program while maintaining ratios within contract and insurance regulations
• Provide academic assistance (homework)
• Initiate & implement daily activities (i.e. arts & crafts, snack, daily chores)
• Distribute daily snack
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with parents and children
• Redirect inappropriate child behavior and provide disciplinary action and notify Program Specialist when necessary
• Provide specific communications with the parents regarding their child on a daily basis
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with site staff, school personnel, visitors, and potential clients
• Ensure that designated school space is maintained in a clean and orderly manner

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must pass CAPE test or have a minimum of 48 college units
• A minimum of six months experience working and/or volunteering in an after school or group child care setting with elementary aged children
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Screened for TB upon hire
• Pass Fingerprint Clearance upon hire
• Attend agency orientation within first 30 days of hire
• Provide proof of Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
• Available Monday-Friday preferred
• Demonstrated ability in sports, special interests and hobbies, and/or arts & crafts
