Customer Service Associate (Northeast San Antonio)

We are a leading (B2B) industry part's supplier for the cellular repair and cellular refurbishment industry. With a focus on wholesale distribution to businesses operating in a repair, insurance, or refurbishment capacity for cellphone and smartphone end user or contract repair and reconditioning.

Job Purpose:

(Serious Inquiries Only Please!)

Must be experienced in customer service interaction and sales interaction and being completely comfortable with outbound phone calling (Not cold calling, but follow up when applicable)

-Multi Language Speaker a Plus, though not necessary.

-Thorough knowledge of cellphones and smartphones is a plus, though not necessary.

-Manage Multi-Line Phone System and answering inbound emails and phone calls

-Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

-Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

-Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

-Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

-Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

-Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

-Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Compensation:

-$9 - 10/Per Hour, Full Time Hours Required

-Work environment is casual (appropriate dress, but no formal standardized dress is required), relaxed, flexible, (but not unstructured) with a high expectation to work hard and efficiently.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum
·Current Texas state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist, current Driver's License
·Obtain a minimum of two professional references that meet the standards of Epic
·One year experience as an Occupational Therapist or COTA in an acute care or rehab setting preferred
·Pediatric experience preferred
·Current CPR accredited by American Heart Association and American Red Cross or other approved accredited sources approved by the Director or Administrator
·Successful completion of appropriate screening tests with minimum score of 80%
·Must read, write and speak English
·Must be able to comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook
·Must have reliable transportation, valid, and current auto liability insurance
·One year of Neonatal experience, a plus

Manager – Newly purchased property (Vance Jackson/I 10 Area)
