Direct Care $8/hr.- No experience necessary (NW- outside Medical Ctr.)

Position: Support Specialist (Direct Care Worker)

Program: Group home living for individuals who are deaf-blind with multiple disabilities. Varying levels of function and need for assistance.

Location: Group homes are located near the medical center area.

Compensation: Starting pay $8.00 an hour.

Duties:
o Administering Medication
o Providing personal care which includes but not limited to assisting participants with bathing, feeding, toileting and grooming
o Providing supervision and assistance which allows participants to function at their maximum potential.
o Providing training to develop independent living skills.

Qualifications:
o Must be 18 years old and have a High School diploma or GED.
o Must be able to lift at 25 lbs
o Must have a valid & current drivers license


We currently have 4 full time and 2 part time shifts available. Must be able to work weekends.
3pm-11:15pm (3 full time)
11pm-7:15am (1 full time & 2 part time)

The duties of an Service Advisor include:

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

Drive the sale of technicians’ time to meet departments sales forecast

• Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.

Establish and maintain a close relationship with the customer
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.

Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Spend quality time building relationship with the customer.
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle.
