An established Sacramento based Catering Company is hiring a part time Administrative Assistant to begin work immediately with potential to advance to a full time position. Position Requirements:

Installers Helper – Removable Pool Fencing (Greater Sacramento Area)

Local company seeks person to be a helper (apprentice) to current pool fence installers. Position would include digging holes, moving material onto the job site, assisting the installer with whatever they need done, and learning the trade. This positon would include general labor, some light lifting, bending, squating, and other physical activity.

This is a part time position with hours that would vary greatly. Work could be a ten hour day, or it could be a 5 hour day. You could work 5 days one week, and one or two days the following week. Work schedules are typcially known at least one week in advance, and as much as two weeks in advance. Work is generally performed Monday through Friday. Job locations vary from day to day, and are located all throughout the Greater Sacramento Area (El Dorado Hills / Folsom, Elk Grove, Sacramento / Natomas, Roseville / Rocklin / Lincoln). You would be required to have reliable transportation as you would be required to meet the installer at the job site each day.

Personalized Community Support Manager (Sacramento)

This position oversees and coordinates all services of Independent Living and Supported Living services to ensure program objectives are accomplished in line with agency philosophy. Provides support and training to Personalized Community Support Facilitators and oversees the supervision of all Personalized Support Attendants and Live-In Support Attendants.

There will be many meetings, many deadline driven reports and forms on a monthly, semi-monthly, and quarterly basis.

There is a need to be able to successfully work independently with minimal supervision AND to successfully lead and/or work as part of a team.
Oversee that all individuals supported by Unit have their health, medical, and safety needs met.
Evaluate referrals and determine eligibility for services. Provide adequate assessments if needed.
Coordinate and participate in development of personalized support plan. Work directly with individuals supported by Unit if necessary.
Ensure the quality completion and implementation of all unit Personalized Support Plans (PSP), ELPs, and any intervention plans.
Provide support, supervision, and decision making during crisis intervention.



To be considered for this position you must: (please note that this is NOT an all-inclusive list)
BA Degree in related field and/or possess Five years experience with people with developmental disabilities with a good understanding of the DD system.
Two years supervisory and budgetary/finance experience.
Possess valid CDL, safe, reliable, registered and currently insured vehicle.
Must have good driving record. A DMV report is required for all PCSF positions.
Be able to quickly and competently learn and use new computer programs and methods. Must be able to compile good reports using a variety of computer programs.
Possess current CPR/1st Aid Certification; if hired, must maintain throughout employment with agency.
Be cleared through background criminal check.
Successfully pass Post-Offer, pre-employment Drug screening test.
Be able to read and write in the English language, in order to perform essential duties.
Possess demonstrated fluent ASL/Sign language skills.
Possess basic mathematical skills.
Be punctual, flexible, reliable, adaptable, creative, patient, self-confident, and trustworthy.
