POSITION:	Infant Aide Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm with on-call responsibilities during the week.
SALARY:	$9.00- $10.12 per hour We offer a comprehensive benefits package based on position.
OVERVIEW:	The Infant Aide, working under the supervision of the Crisis Nursery Supervisor and the guidance of the Infant Teacher, is to provide care and supervision to young children and to perform related duties as assigned. This position is responsible for ensuring that the children’s needs are met and for performing household tasks (such as cooking and cleaning). The Infant Aide is also responsible for implementing curriculum and supervising the classroom. Duties include, but are not limited to: •Ensures the safety of the children by supervising them at all times. •Provides direct child care services while being aware of the needs and well being of all children. •Attends to all child care needs, including but not limited to diaper changes, bathing, feeding, one-on-one interaction, discipline, etc. •Assists with household tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning, preparing meals and snacks, inventory of supplies/food, laundry, etc. for the children. •Instructs children individually and in small groups, and supervises play and learning activities inside and outside in the play area. •Works closely with the Infant Teacher to help each child develop to his/her potential.
Qualifications:	Please Note: All Positions must be able to attend Mandatory Wednesday Meetings from 1pm-3pm and be available for on-call shifts during the week. •A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. • Completion of 6 college credits in Early Childhood Education is required. •At least one year of work experience in a licensed group home, licensed infant care center, or comparable licensed group child care program is preferred. ON-CALL and PART-TIME WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS •On-Call staff are scheduled a Saturday and Sunday for either on-call or regular shift. •On-Call staff are required to be availible for 2 WEEKDAY on-call shifts. •RPT Weekend Staff will be scheduled 1 WEEK-DAY on-call shift.

Honeywell Utility Solutions delivers top notch services to assist electric and gas utilities with the implementation of energy efficiency, demand response, and other energy related programs. This position is for a Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) quality maintenance program targeting commercial customers throughout Northern California. The program will transform the HVAC energy efficiency marketplace by encouraging long term service and maintenance contracts in compliance with the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) 180 protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

HVAC contractor account management of 60+ HVAC contractors, recruiting and training of enrolled contractors
Attend industry events, tradeshow and outreach opportunities to promote contractor participation
Responsible for maintaining current business and managing growth created by contractor enrollment
Responsible for training and educating contractors on program value
Relationship building with local contacts within the commercial HVAC industry

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years experience in direct sales and customer relations experience
3 years minimum experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in HVAC, Business, Engineering Environmental Science, Construction Management preferred
EPA certification or NATE certification preferred
Interest in or understanding of energy efficiency preferred
Demonstrated experience in creating and executing successful client relationships and territory plans
Experience selling in HVAC equipment or contracting environment
Existing contacts with HVAC contractors throughout Northern California
Strong influencing and negotiation skills and a diplomatic approach to conflict resolution
