Resident Care Manager: This position requires the employees to be familiar with Senior Adult Care issues. The individuals selected must be present on the property 24 hours per day at least 5 days per week. Time off during weekends may available through part time respite employees on Saturday and Sunday. Other times may be available by advanced notice and mutual agreement. Selected applicant must be able to pass a successful background check and certify in CPR (both company paid). Must have, or be able to obtain, EQC certification.

Caregiver- Must have some previous experience. These are part time weekend or on call positions.

Brief description of duties:
• Assist residents with ADL's (activities of daily living) dressing, bathing, toileting, transferring, eating where needed.
• Meal preparation.
• Medication administration (ordering, sorting, reminders) when needed.
• Assistance with physician prescribed care plan, when needed.
• House keeping and laundry as needed weekly.
• Record keeping and communication with company representatives.

We are looking for someone with animal experience who enjoys care-taking and would be willing to look after our animals as if they were their own.

The Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance will be responsible for the oversight of quality patient care and the compliance program through out Signature Home Health, Home Care and Hospice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, direct and oversee the overall Quality and Compliance Program, Education, and Training Programs with an emphasis on nursing education.
2. Supervise the development and implementation of a comprehensive, on-going Compliance program which ensures compliance with state, federal, and Medicare regulations.
3. Oversee the planning, development and implementation of the educational activities and training for the administrative and Nurse clinical staff in coordination with the Director of Program Services.
4. Provide leadership in the development and management of adult specialty programs to improve patient outcomes and enhance quality of care in conjunction with the Director of Program Services.
5. Measures and reports the overall compliance of coding and OASIS documentation. Provide training on ICD-9 Coding and OASIS analyzing and review.
6. Attend corporate Quality and Compliance meetings with oversight of Quality and Compliance committees.
7. Manage agency Audit functions including Medicare review and denial process.
8. Assist with Clinical education aspects of implementation of clinical software.
9. Develop, direct and oversee all agencies mock surveys and preparation for surveys.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, MNS preferred.
2. 10 - 15 years Home Health experience in progressive leadership roles.
3. 2 - 5 years Quality Improvement / Compliance experience in Home Health.
4. Must possess or be a candidate for CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Qaulity) and experience with the NAHQ (National Association of Healthcare Qaulity)
5. Up-to-date knowledge of all Medicare Regulations, PPS, OASIS, Home Health Metrics, etc.
6. Experience in a multi-site / multi-state national leadership role.
7. Self-confident, results-driven leader who can effectively communicate a clear vision and build an excellent, high-performing team.
8. Excellent proactive leadership skills, strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
