Established Real Estate Investment Company is seeking an Experienced Renovation Property Manager with experience in single family home renovations. Must have residential contractor license in AZ. Its expected that 75% to 85% of the time will be in the office and the rest in the field -- so this person needs to be VERY computer literate, organized, and have the ability to manage 20-40+ projects at a time.
