Tea Sales Person (Phila Area)

Small Organic and Fair Trade Tea Company in its third year is in search of a part time sales person to introduce and manage new sales of whole leaf, hand blended teas and matcha green tea to local health food stores, natural food grocers, bistros and cafe's. Our customer values organic, health & environmentally conscious products and is proud to support local business.*

We need a tea-passionate person to target new customers and introduce them to our awesome product! Our teas are currently offered in many health food stores, select coffee shops, diners and several Farmers Markets. Our sales doubled over the last year and we are on track for them to double again this year.

This is a fairly easy sell as there are not many local tea companies promoting a 100% organic and fair trade product. This is a 100% commission job and would be perfect for someone looking to make extra income on their own time. Average orders produce a commission ranging between 40.00 and 75.00. Our only sales gal made $160.00 this month on re-orders alone. She has 3 accounts.

You will be paid according to your sales upon payment from your customers. We like to get payment upon ordering, but some companies have firm net pay terms.

Commission Structure:
New Account = One time payment of $25.00 per new account, per location
Every Order = 15% of all tea/matcha/salt total (does not include tea accessories)
Matcha/Tea/Salt Tastings = $25.00 each (these are 2-3 hours in length, will boost your sales and should happen every 1-2 mos. per location)

Tea knowledge is preferable, but not required. Matcha knowledge is a huge plus. Marketing, soft sell skills and great personality are a MUST. We will encourage you to market, leave samples, and creatively promote our teas.
