We are currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a full time position. Qualified candidate will be a hard worker looking for a career with a minimum experience of 2 years with all shipping and receiving duties including and not limited to:
-Will be standing most of the day in shipping/receiving area.
-Will receive a list of orders to pull and ship to different states and countries on a daily basis.
-Some heavy lifting required.
-Stock all parts and accessories received for stock in correct bin by part number.
-Make sure all hazardous materials are dealt with according to state and Federal guidelines.
-Is responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly shipping, scrapping, and warehousing of warranty inventory.
-Is responsible for all inventory duties associated within the shipping and receiving location.
-Will report weekly inventory of equipment from various out of state warehouses.
-Is responsible for processing of RMAs.
Requirements
-FEDEX Shipment Knowledge
-Must have clean Driving Record.
-Forklift experience
-HAZMAT knowledgeable- preferred certified.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Sufficient computer skills to maintain and track inventory thru internal inventory software.
-Pre-employment drug test, background check.

This position may also be tasked to take on additional duties such as Personal Service or Crying of the Foreclosure sales in the upcoming year, which require the ability to ask questions and speak to neighbors, make observations of the property or be able to communicate and manage an audience in a loud, outdoor environment. This duty also involves standing for long periods of time.

Qualifications must include excellent prioritization and organizational skills, high-attention to detail and accuracy, self-starter/self-motivated, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and ability to work independently. Ability to use technology, map reading, Thomas Guide's, are essential, as is a good driving record. A clean driving extract from the DMV will be required should an in person interview take place. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and written abilities preferred but not required.
