Seeking to hire a part-time (20 hours/week - over 3 to 4 days) administrative assistant to work under the leadership of our Office Manager. This office-based position requires an attention to detail, experience in an office setting, and high personal integrity due to the sensitive nature of some communication. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for the weekly assembly of church bulletin, announcements, Powerpoint slides and general secretary duties. This will involve using desktop publishing software to properly order and set the bulletin contents; communication with pastoral staff and ministry leaders regarding service details. Based on the Post, security officers may also be required to do the following:
• Monitor access control system;
• Observe security camera monitors;
• Follow emergency contact protocol;
• Greet visitors;
• Inform employees of guests and deliveries;
• Escort employees to vehicles, when requested;
• Make regular patrols of the facility;
• Update log books and reports;
• Ensure doors are locked;
• Operate alarm panel, visitor management system, and public address system;
Additionally, mobile patrol assignments are available for select individuals who meet the above criteria, have a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
Available Shifts:
(8 a.m -4 p.m). (9am-5pm) (10am-6pm)
(3 pm -11 pm) (4pm-12am) (5pm-1am)
