Allegiant Home Care is seeking experienced home health aides (HHAs) for immediate work. Our next orientation will be on Wednesday, February 1, in the Sheepshead Bay area of Brooklyn. All experienced aides are welcome, and we have an immediate need for Spanish-speaking aides for cases in Brooklyn.

You must have a valid NYS Home Health Aide certificate, and be friendly, mature, energetic, and service-oriented. We serve both the elderly and children with special needs across the five boroughs and offer:

DIVISION MANAGER: Salary $165,000 + $75,000 bonus (NYC)

Our New York City corporation (confidential) is privately held and has been in business for 40 years. We are regarded as the preeminent leader in our business classification. Annual gross sales of 40 million, total staff of 130 in the NYC office.

As a result of a manager's retirement, we have a Division Manager position to fill, someone who will supervise a major division in the company. We are offering a base salary of $165,000 plus additional incentives and bonuses totaling $75,000 in the first year. The male or female we seek must have the following capabilities and/or experience:

a. Supervise a staff of 10 who perform recruiting roles for both full time and part time positions in three offices: NYC, N.J. and Conn.
b. Serve in all areas of growth/strategic planning/marketing with other senior staff members.
c. Report directly to the CEO.
d. Interface with key clients of the corporation in face to face meetings and social events for the purpose of networking and expanding the client base.

Previous experience should include:
1. Similar compensation (at least $150,000).
2. Division or Senior management experience (or business owner) or HR management of recruiters.
3. Experience dealing with NYC executives at the VP or C level (any industries).
4. Client entertainment and relationship building persona AND experience AND interest.
