Retail Media Merchandiser- Part Time (Billings, MT)
The Retail Media Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining account aesthetics and in store project execution.
Job responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
•Ensures proper inventory management through use of the Sales and Inventory Report and SMART device.

Admin savvy with database management (Billings, MT part time)
This position is a part time position, 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Looking for a computer savvy admin that has great organization skills.
Position Summary
This position contributes to the success of non-profit foundation by supporting its mission by contributing to its financial sustainability through the maintenance and management of its donor database.
Seeking a database savvy individual to manage the donor database for non-profit organization in Billings, MT. This individual will:
• Manage the Raiser's Edge donor system, data integrity and reporting and measuring the outcomes of initiatives and programs
• Provide database and technical support to members of the team
• Create reports for fund solicitation lists and mailings
• Assist office in developing and distributing online and mailed communications
• Make updates to organization website and social media outlets
Primary Responsibilities
1. Maintain the integrity of the Raiser's Edge database by ensuring the accuracy of donor information, contact reports and other records entered
2. Use data mining techniques to identify, rate and track existing donor prospects. Use Raisers Edge to maintain all donor information, donor analysis, utilization for efficient operations and evaluation of activities.
3. Establish work procedures and standards to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
4. Maintain procedures manual for Raiser's Ed Program and ensure Foundation-wide protocols are established and shared with Development staff.
5. Set up tracking system and coordinate the production of contact reports on a monthly basis.
6. Perform data analysis by querying the database, compiling statistics, forecasting trends, strategizing and conducting segment analysis.
7. Conduct global imports and changes to the data in Raiser's Edge.
8. Oversees data input and maintenance projects.
Secondary Responsibilities
1. Make updates to organization website and social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)
2. Assist team members in the preparation of e-blasts and mailings
3. Perform research and data collections of individuals and organizations
Professional Requirements
• 4+ years in a similar role
• Knowledge of fundraising database reporting software is preferred. Experience with Blackbaud Raisers Edge is desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of PC platforms
• Prior experience working in Development is preferred
• Sound judgment relating to confidential projects or donor matters, including effective communication regarding such matters to the appropriate individuals.
Qualifications
• Four-year college degree (BS or BA)
• Solid computer knowledge and related technology and data management skills.
• Ability to compile, analyze and interpret complex computerized information
• Experience in report writing using Crystal Reports and Office programs such as Word, Access, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
