Part-Time computer technician for 15-20 hours a week (Ridgeland MS)

A Ridgeland based technology support company is looking for a Part-Time computer technician for 15-20 hours a week. Position will possibly go full time. The prospective candidate should be able to remove viruses, install Windows XP & 7 desktop operating systems, install server 2003 and 2008, troubleshoot computer and network issues both on site and on the phone, set up local and network printers, use remote desktop, set up wireless routers, set up port forwarding in firewalls. Someone with SQL Server experience is desired but not a requirement.

Pay is $12 -- 18 per hour based on experience
Must have clean driving record, insurance and own vehicle (mileage will be paid by company)
Occasional travel is required

Responsibilities:
•Check the vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order.
•Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions while checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned.
•Collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes.
•Maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations.
•Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations or damage to the vehicles.
•Drive trucks to weigh stations before and after loading and along routes to document weights and to comply with state regulations.
•Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as adding oil, fuel, radiator fluid or performing minor repairs.
•Check conditions of trailers after contents have been unloaded to ensure that there has been no damage.
•Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
•Read and interpret maps to determine vehicle routes.
•Crank trailer landing gear up or down to safely secure vehicles.
•Perform emergency roadside repairs such as installing light bulbs or tire chains.
•Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS), or other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.

Multiple routes available!

OTR Base rate is $0.36/mile with up to $0.06/mile in monthly fuel efficiency and saferty bonuses

Local rate is $16/hour with unlimited overtime.

• Must have digital camera and ability to upload photos training provided if needed

• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance required

Position Overview:
The Onsite Concierge offers white glove customer service to our clientele via face-to-face interaction, email and phone at The University of Mississippi Medical Center. You will provide prompt, courteous and customer-oriented services to patients, visitors and hospital staff. You will make recommendations and offer suggestions, as well as fulfill patient requests to satisfy their needs. Responsibilities:
Provide uncompromising service to all hospital patients, their visitors and hospital personnel by arranging personal and convenience services including:
