Seeking Public Relations Coordinator (Boca Raton, FL)
Thank you for your interest. We are a growing boutique PR firm that's currently seeking a full time Public Relations Coordinator to assist with a multitude of client responsibilities, including creative writing, media relations, and social media (community management), among others. Our client base spans a variety of industries; including both local and national accounts.
Although experience is not required, it is a plus. Ideally, we'd prefer the selected candidate have two to three years of experience with pitching the media, writing press releases, and managing social media initiatives. A degree in public relations/marketing/communications is a plus.
The desired professional will possess a positive disposition, hard work ethic, excellent organization skills, strong writing ability, and, most importantly, a willingness to learn, be trained, and receive constructive criticism. They will be an ambitious "go getter" who's not intimidated with spending the better part of their day engaging with the media, including reporters, editors, producers, and bloggers, via phone and email.
The Public Relations Coordinator is a salaried position that pays $30,000 per year. Health insurance is currently not being offered, however, we intend to provide this benefit in the future.
