Management company manages numerous apartment and office buildings. The buildings are very expansive and require a lot of walking.

We had originally been looking for someone part time but our needs have changed and we are now in need of someone for a full 40 hours a week.

Cleaning experience is necessary. We are looking for someone that really understands what it takes to clean and clean well.

A valid drivers license and your own transportation is required.

Mobile Phlebotomist (per diem assigments) (South Berwick, ME)

Specimen Specialists, Inc is seeking an experienced phlebotomist that can perform kit draws for patients in their home. You would be responsible for collecting blood patients, processing the sample (spin, seperate and freeze, etc..) and delivering the specimen to UPS/ FedEx. You must have your own centrifuge, or reliable access to one. You will be provided with phlebotomy supplies. (needles, hubs, tourniquets, etc)

Part time garden center merchandiser (Biddeford)

We are ICS, Independent Contractor Services, an independently owned and operated company dedicated to servicing live good products for a major home improvement garden center retailer in over one hundred and sixty stores from Maine to New York. We provide service for nurseries in a 'big box' retail garden center, working to maintain the products in the stores and make sure that the product is merchandised properly.
This includes:
* Setting all table layouts for initial orders
* Verifying tags, labels and signs
* Signing all products with store approved signs and sign kits
* Cleaning, culling, and noting distressed material
* Initiating markdowns-in compliance with store policies
* Consolidating and merchandising all product by variety, color, and size
* Creating focal points in the garden center
We are looking for a part time position, working between 2 hours per day/6 days a week; more hours can be available depending on the season. The workweek is Monday-Friday. Saturday is required for the months of April-July.
Servicing plants requires physical work, heavy lifting, good organizational and communication skills. You will be required to work with the store employees, nurseries, and other ICS employees. You're also responsible for verifying the product is in great condition and priced correctly, which may include making signs, watering plants and keeping a clean working area. Unloading freight from packaging, racking, and/or pallets are also needed to present the customer with the best products through visual merchandising.
