Marketing Supervisors (Madison, WI)

Weed Man Lawn Care is hiring two Marketing Supervisor positions at our Middleton, WI office.
Marketing Supervisors are responsible for oversight and management of a team of high school students during our spring marketing campaign. The spring marketing campaign is a door-to-door campaign throughout the greater Madison area, asking homeowners if they would like a free, and no obligation quote on lawn care services. This is a great opportunity to build your resume and develop management skills.
Applicants must be able to provide their own transportation to our office located at 2211 Eagle Drive, Middleton WI, have a clean driving record, and be at least 18 years of age. Beginning in mid February, Marketing Supervisors will work part time in the evenings Mon--Thu 4:00--8:30 PM, and 8:30 AM--3 PM on Saturdays. This is a seasonal position lasting until mid May. Candidates must be able to commit to working these hours for the duration of the spring sales campaign. The position pays $12 per hour with the opportunity to earn $14 per hour if meeting goals and expectations each pay period.

Oracle Reports/Forms Developer (1695WI) (Madison, WI)

IO Datasphere is a progressive software development and consulting firm. We provide services to both private industry and government agencies offering full-scale project services as well as staff augmentation.

Description:
This position is part of the Applications Support Team and is responsible for the maintenance and support of an application built with Oracle Reports and Forms v6. The application is used for managing basic information for juvenile offenders and to maintain financial data for incarcerated adult offenders. Knowledge of financial principles or basic accounting practices is necessary.

Project work is generally smaller requests/projects normally at 200 hours or less. Must be able to work on the complete application lifecycle. Working with the business to analyze requests, gather and document business requirements, perform systems analysis and design, code programs, create test cases, perform unit and system testing, work with users for user acceptance testing, prepare pilot and full production roll-out and system support.

A well qualified applicant will have extensive experience providing application support to end users and enjoy working with users. Excellent communication and problem solving skills is needed. Ability to use good judgment in determining the best solution and communicating this is necessary since the position deals with users from all levels of the organization and will have varying technical expertise. Prioritization and time management skills are needed to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. Since this position works directly with users under minimal supervision, attention to detail and a pride in delivering high quality products is necessary.

Business Expansion (Madison)

Our company is currently seeking 4 self motivated individuals to fill our customer service positions. The hours we are looking to fill are from the hours of 1pm-8pm Monday-Friday, some weekends involved. Part time hours vary.
