Under the direction of the Managing Consultant, provides general office support and ensures exceptional customer service is given to every individual that visits the Lifestyle Lift Consultation Center.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Supports the day-to-day operational needs of the Lifestyle Lift Consultation centers.
NO COLD CALLING!
· Performs a variety of administrative tasks such as preparing, filing and organizing patient charts according to appointment times, updating the call center appointment program, creating invoices, processing patient payments and calling patients to confirm appointments.
· Ensures the waiting room is inviting to patients and effectively communicates with patients entering and exiting the center.
· Identifies and addresses patient’s needs and concerns.
· Constantly assess patient wait time versus appointment time and proactively relays the findings to the patients.
· Works to ensure that opportunities to understand and meet Patients’ current and future desires for Lifestyle Lift procedures are maximized.
· Upholds and presents a polished, professional image at all times, to include, attire, verbal communications, and job performance.
· Engages in personal consultations with clients, sharing what Lifestyle Lift can offer, patient testimonials, and information to address the Client’s desires, concerns or hesitations while utilizing the company’s established consultative sales approach.
· Achieves performance metrics as established for position.
· Performs related duties and activities as requested.
Job Requirements:
· 2 — 5 years of professional level consultative inside sales experience, preferably offering products or elective services.
· Proven track record in meeting and exceeding performance objectives.
· Exceptional customer service skills and a motivating, positive attitude.
· Understands and effectively executes listening skills to meet clients’ needs.
· Possesses exemplary communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
· Basic math and accounting skills.
· Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team.
· Solid working knowledge of computers including.
· Exercises sound decision making.
· Commitment to ethical conduct.

POSITION SUMMARY

Leading experiential marketing agency is looking for a talented Brand Ambassador to oversee an on-premise activation for a ‘March Madness’ liqueur promotion. Candidates must have prior liquor sampling experience.
The On-Premise Brand Ambassador is a contract position, and will focus exclusively on building branding and volume driving activities for a fun and established liqueur brand. The selected candidate will directly manage brand relationships within the market place.
Additionally, each Brand Ambassador will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local bars and national chains, while engaging consumers with knowledge of the brand via sampling. He or she will become the ‘face of the brand’ and will know the brand inside and out.
The ideal candidate is someone who’s connected, in the know, and able to influence.
Knowledge of liquor promotions a must!
Timing: February through April, 2012, with the possibility of an extension
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Establish and build partner relationships with local field sales and marketing
• Maintain relationships with local bars, sales teams and part time staff
• Coordinate and manage the schedule to achieve 4-6 events per week
• Conduct on-premise site visits, to pre-promote
• Focus on awareness and trial by sampling and engaging with consumers
• Oversee on-premise event operation from start to finish
• Encourage trial, educate account staff and conduct consumer engagement activities
• Train and supervise PT promotional models
• Build brand awareness and engage with consumer on brand attributes
• Communicate with Agency HQ team on all program activity
• Participate in weekly status calls with agency
• Recap and photograph event via the online reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience/ background in beverage sampling and/or on-premise liquor promotions
• Ability to communicate with key account retail store managers and employees on program objectives
• Local market knowledge and experience
• Accept a part-time, short-term contract that is non-traditional
• Customer driven and consumer focused, outgoing approachable personality
• Can translate strategy into action and make things happen
• Ability to sell, influence and partner with customers and trade
• Passionate about the beverage alcohol industry

Responsibilities
Performance Management: Responsible for driving team to achieve all key performance objectives. Responsible for financial, budget, and sales reporting. Make decisions regarding hiring, promotion, and disciplinary actions. Assess individuals and team performance and initiate developmental plans to narrow competency gaps.
Customer Retention: Ensure that customers and prospective customers are treated with the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism. Resolves customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner. Maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
5-7 years sales experience.
3-5 years management experience in a sales/marketing environment preferred.
Demonstrated successful sales experience in exceeding sales quota required.
Business planning and proposal writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.
Excellent leadership skills.
The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
Management/counseling/coaching skills and/or experience.
Proven leadership ability and knowledge of wireless industry preferred.
Effective use of PC including Microsoft Office required.
