General Responsibilities: Provide outgoing, warm & authentic as well as responsive service, to create an exceptional overall dining experience for all of our guests. Act as the hospitality face and genius that power both guests and our team interactions. We strive to continually grow in service, create regular clientele, and show all guests that dining with us is all about the experience. By interacting and coordinating with employees in both the front and back of the house, you must ensure that no detail is overlooked from greeting guests upon first entry to the time guests leave our premises.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Greet guests and act as the face of our business with sincerity and genuine hospitality, a consistent smile, and positive attitude;
-Provide excellent customer service by informing guests of wait times, unforeseen factors or make recommendations as needed.
Answer their questions about our company and our products as much as possible;
-Use Opentable reservation software and Aloha software to maximize seating while also keeping guests happy and attended to;
keep updated on table turn times; make contact with future reservations for confirmations
-Give accurate wait times and guest information, including special notes; make adjustments as requested; always be polite and informative;
-Ensure guests feel comfortable in their seating and any additional needs;
-Perform any additional duties as assigned or needed, including but not limited to: answering phones; recording & delivering messages;
assisting when possible with delivery of bar items; reporting all pertinent information to Manager, Chef, and staff.

About the Position:
Our Server positions require ease in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service, and absolutely impeccable multi-tasking skills. Accordingly, well balanced knowledge of culinary & wine trends, with a minimum of two years experience in similar fast-paced establishments. Punctuality and organization are a must.

- Part time, 3-5 shifts per week with some flexibility to cover your co-workers vacations/sick time
- Strong working knowledge of culinary & wine trends (PASSION for what you do in this industry!)
- Impeccable multi tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in high pressure, fast-paced environment solo & within a team
- Excellent rapport with clients and team members (good humor while always being professional is a must here!)
- Responsible for full cycle food service; take, enter, and deliver all food and beverage orders to your assigned tables in a timely manner. Ensure that guests are satisfied with their order and respond promptly to any requests; Bus tables/bar; provide knowledgeable and courteous service;
- Perform any additional duties as assigned or needed, including but not limited to: service station side work, maintaining a clean service area, and assisting fellow servers.


All position requirements: night and weekend availability, schedule flexibility,
minimum of 21 years of age, and be physically able to move 55lbs and stand for 4 to 8 hour shifts.

Molycorp is hiring a Staff Inventory Accountant (Mountain Pass, CA(45 mins s of Vegas))

The Inventory Staff Accountant's primary task is to manage inventory quantities which include the following: finished product, work in progress, production feed, raw materials and material and supplies, in an accurate and timely manner.

This position will work in coordination with Corporate Accounting, the Production Operations Manager, the Customer Service/Warehousing Department, the Analytical Laboratory, and the Shipping Department to track all product movements. The successful candidate will review entered information such as production date, product type, lot number, quantity, location, and analytical results into the inventory management software system and reconcile system data with inventory valuation roll forwards and tie to the ending inventory valuation quantities on-hand.

Other primary tasks include oversight and coordination of reconciliations related to physical inventory counts for both finished product goods and material and supplies. In addition to counts movement; segregation of products within the warehouses must be tracked. All inventory discrepancies, deviations, or damage to product will be investigated and documented accordingly.

Other tasks include: reviewing material and supply warehouse receipts and confirm they are entered correctly into the system, monitoring freight expenses, proposing and entering journal entries, reviewing submitted purchases and ensure all accruals have been posted for each reported period, and providing support during month end and quarter end closes.



Key Job Responsibilities (essential position functions):
Reconcile the product, work in process and feedstock inventories on a monthly basis to ensure that all adjustments are documented and balance with the inventory system. Reconcile all kilograms to the ending inventory valuation on-hand quantities.
Work in coordination with all levels of the accounting department to ensure that all transactions are accounted for in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform physical inventory counts per established procedures.
Propose journal entries for adjustments made to either finished product goods or material and supplies based on month end close counts.
Monitor freight expenses, verify charges are accurate and expensed during correct period. Additional responsibilities will include cost analysis of trial balance accounts for freight charges to help coordinate appropriate budgets.
Monthly review reagent costs and prepare month over month variances to help with internal management review of spending and to ensure the coding for cost centers is accurate.

Position Requirements

Accounting experience required, minimum of 2 years.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments to ensure that production requirements are met.
Strong computer knowledge and a working knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) and MRP software. Applicable candidates will be given a general knowledge test as part of the interview.
Demonstrated organizational ability, the ability to work with little supervision, and follow-through with multiple assignments.
Must be able to lift and control up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
Must have the physical capability to endure temperatures above 100 degrees Fahrenheit and below freezing for extended periods of time.
Bachelor's degree required.
