Receptionist, paralegal, and driver (Galleria)

Looking for a dynamic employee who wants to work at a dynamic law firm. Your responsibilities include:

-- Answering phones;
-- Scheduling -- i.e., setting up appointments, travel arrangements for clients, and so forth;
-- Part time driver. A young partner of the firm has a medical condition that precludes him from driving. On some days, you would be responsible for picking him up and taking him home. If there is a deposition, you may be responsible for taking him. He lives in West University. Ideally, the candidate would live near West University or the central part of town. On occasion, you would be expected to drive him on the weekend. For example, if his wife is not available to drive and he and his young children had a morning activity, he may ask you to take them. Ultimately, the person would need to be flexible when he/she went to work and came home and must be willing to be flexible, at times, on certain weekends. Obviously, the person would need transportation. You would be paid for mileage.

General description

• Two-year experience in outpatient setting preferred.
