Data Management Specialist (Honololu, HI)

Referentia Systems Incorporated is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to be part of a cutting-edge engineering team to test and evaluate innovative and adaptive security strategies for the Department of Defense.

Key member of a team responsible for the management of a large and diverse set of test data generated during joint military test and assessment operations. The Data Management Specialist will plan, collect, store, maintain, and provide test data to the team during and on completion of the test operations.

Duties:
Develops Data Management and Analysis Plans (DMAPs), Detailed Test Plans, and processes, supporting the collection and analysis of data identified in the Integrated Data Requirements List (IDRL) and Test Data Requirements Matrix (TDRM).
Develops, maintains, and controls the test data, analysis results, test incident reporting, and the test products database.
Manages data collection, certification, validation, and analyses.
Provides identified automated collection processes and systems support as necessary.
Responsible for the implementation of policies, practices, and procedures that properly manage the full data life cycle needs of the test to include data modeling, database administration, data warehousing, data movement, data mining, data quality assurance, data security, data analysis, and meta-data management.
Performs systems administration and maintenance of Data Analysis Center equipment. Writes standard operating procedures (SOP).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience or a Master's Degree with 3 years of experience in a related technical field.
Knowledge of data management techniques and processes, including data collection, data validation, and data storage.
Good working knowledge of database structures and database requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, quick learning self-starter
Ability to manage time and work independently with little supervision
Must be able to obtain security clearance.

Client Service Supervisor, RN (Oahu)

Attention Plus Care is seeking a compassionate and professional Client Service Supervisor to provide supervision of the direct care for clients in their own home.

Job Description:
Primary responsibilities will include observation, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of nursing care plans for assigned clients. Additional duties may include educating patients and their families about proper treatments, administering prescribed medications, disease progression, symptoms and tips on care. Must be a good communicator and have patience and willingness to listen to client complaints and concerns. Good implementation and follow through is a must when working with these clients. Dedication to the client, family members and caregivers through support and continuous communication is expected. •Be part of a team of nurses and attend weekly staff meetings for 2 hours.
•Be willing to be flexible when it comes to daily schedule as this is a dynamic business and things change daily.
•Be able to teach and demonstrate skills and attitude to caregivers by example and education.
•Have reliable transportation
•Have access to computer at home with a printer, cell phone
•Must be flexible and available for up to 40 hours per week
•Be able to work weekends

Qualifications:
Applicant must have a current RN license by the State of Hawaii, and CPR certification is required. Must be a graduate of a nursing program with at least two years nursing experience. Home care experience preferred. Candidates require the ability to be reliable, self motivated, and resourceful in emergency situations. Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and provide a certified traffic abstract. Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills to write routine reports and correspond with client and company staff. Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 35 pounds, as well as push or pull weight up to 250 pounds (as if in a wheelchair). Successful candidate must submit to TB clearance, drug screening, and criminal background checks. Flexibility in schedule and assignment locations is required.
