DAVACO, based in Dallas, TX is the nation's leading provider of retail services focused on the quality execution of high-volume rollouts, resets and remodels.
We are recruiting to staff a merchandising reset that will be taking place in Socorro, TX. The reset starts February 14rd and runs thru January 22th. Merchandisers are needed day and night shifts.
Required Experience:
Our ideal Regionally Based/Employed Per Project Merchandiser candidates must:
• Have the ability to read and understand Plan-o-gram's
• Have the ability to read and understand floor maps
• Have a minimum 6 months of merchandising experience in drug store, grocery or
hardware resets
• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
• Be able to be on their feet for 8 to 10 hours at a time
• Be able to work on a team
• Must have active e-mail address
• Must have basic knowledge of store fixtures
• Have transportation to get to all locations
• Have the ability to do some overnight travel (only required in some markets)

Reset Merchandiser (Horizon City, AZ)
Reset Merchandisers needed!
Set and Services Resources is currently recruiting for Reset Merchandisers to complete full store remodel. Many of the runs of gondola shelving will be moved to face a different direction. You will be working with the crew to de-merchandise product from gondola racking and place it back on the gondola shelving once it has been moved to its new home. The pace will be fast in order to get the project completed on time. You will reset product to the planograms provided by the team lead and re-tag the shelving and move on to another section of product. You may be asked to assist with removal of gondola shelves or installation of gondola shelves and/or you may be asked to assist with some small carpentry projects in addition to basic merchandising.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Team Drivers operate various tractor-trailer combinations for extended periods of time, over long distances, between company terminals or yards, company facilities and customer facilities.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
• MUST HAVE AN EXTABLISHED TEAM PARTNER IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED!
• Possess class A CDL with doubles/triples and either hazmat or tankers endorsements
• Minimum 12 months of tractor trailer driving experience
• Must have recent tractor trailer driving experience within the past 24 months
• Over the road driving experience
• Good safety record
• Experience hauling doubles (and triples where applicable)
• Experience with hooking/unhooking trailers from tractor itself and the pushing, pulling, placing, lifting and attaching or detaching of various types of converter gear when necessary
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
• Knowledge of safe lifting techniques
• Knowledge of proper loading/unloading techniques
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Email)
• Possess excellent customer service relations
• Experience with record keeping and shipment documentation

JOB SUMMARY:

• Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.
• Works with the factories to check stock, and the status of purchase orders and return authorizations.
• Maintain ACT database by entering telephone call information, notes, and price levels.
• Generate quotes in Quotewerks Sales Manager and properly populate the required fields with project information. Update quote statuses as necessary.
• Generate return authorizations for customers and forward them to the proper factories.
• Send broadcast emails as needed to customer base
• Update KLM website as needed
• Maintain literature stock
• Answer phones and route the calls
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point required.
• Will using ACT, Quotewerks and other Sales related software tools.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
• Supervised by principal representative and inside sales person.
• Performs semi-routine duties where some judgment is required when communicating with customers, sales representatives, and inter-company personnel.
