POSITION SUMMARY
You will be responsible to coach and teach Link consumers in developing and enhancing their independent living skills (including but not limited to leisure, work, time and money management, good health, safety and habit development) in accordance with their Life Plan. You are also responsible for the health, safety and providing emotional support to the consumers we serve. Provide supervision and guidance to consumers in all life settings. Assure quality services that are in compliance with all accreditation guidelines and organizational standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist consumers with preparation of meals in accordance with their diets, weekly shopping for supplies, and cleaning their home. Work with consumers to ensure residence meets agency standards of cleanliness. Responsible for the medical needs and welfare of Link consumers and distributes medication appropriately. Plan, prepare and distribute a variety of training activities in the community, work and home settings. Ensure environments are comfortable, productive and stimulating. Complete and submit as instructed all required documentation in a manner that is legible, timely, accurate, and inclusive of all required information.

Compensation: $9.64 – $10.64 per hour

I want to share some info with you from a driver that I put on last year in September, 2010. I recently spoke with him and he told me that he is averaging 7-8,000 miles per month. His 75% share is averaging $15,000 – $18,000 per month, TO HIM. He lives in TN and runs mostly the Midwest and Southeast. He referred an Owner Op to me just a bit over 3 months ago who has now grossed $70,000 during that 3 month period..

LET’S DO THE MATH TOGETHER: Freight is averaging $1.96 per mile: You receive 75% which would be $1.47 to you, PLUS 100% of fuel surcharge which is 56 CPM to you which totals $2.03 per mile YOUR SHARE, after the Company’s 25% share, PLUS all tarp pay goes to your truck. Again, in this example $2.03 to YOU plus all tarp pay on tarped loads..(NOTE: this is a company-wide average of all trucks. Freight is higher in certain lanes).

MORE MATH TO CONSIDER: Let’s say you are pounding out 3,500 miles per week hauling dry van or reefer freight and you average 6 miles per gallon: You are burning 583.33 gallons for that week multiplied by the current price of diesel ($3.89) which costs $2269.16 in fuel expense for those 3500 miles. . .. . .. . .. . ..

. . .. . .. . .. . …With flatbed freight, it is all about the percentage of gross revenue; the average miles for a typical flatbed fleet might only be 2,000 miles per week or less (Yes, you can run more if you want). Using the same formula as before, your fuel cost for the week is $1296.66 (vs $2269.16) for the 2,00 miles without any fuel discounts, which can average 40 cent per gallon. This is a Major difference in your fuel costs, wear and tear, PMs, tire replacement, maintenance, etc, etc.

CRST Malone pays 75% of every load twice weekly based on 100% of the gross revenue. Paid every Wednesday and Friday. We have a License Plate program, choice of traffic lanes, direct deposit, Truck Insurance and Major Medical, Health, Life Insurance, and retirement plans.
