Secretary / Receptionist – Dental Office (Hyde Park / Noorwood / Cincinnati)

We are looking to add a Part Time Secretary/ Scheduling Receptionist to our Dental Office. Our patient office hours are Monday 9-5, Wed 12-7, and Fridays 8-1. Regional development agent (Cincinnati)

A and R Health Services is an oganization dedicated to helping low income and medicaid patients struggling with addiction. We are currently expanding in several states. We are in need of a developement agent for the Cincinnati Region.

Over view:
In order for A and R Health Services to meet our expansion goals we are looking for a motivated, professional individual to develop assigned territories. They need to be comfortable dealing with physicians and their office staff, willing to learn and teach our program and to able to work in newly developed locations. We are a team oriented organization and the DA must be both able to work as part of a team but also work individually.

Scope:

1. Monitor various web sites for newly certified physicians and make contact in an effort to develop a relationship.
2. Contact existing certified physicians and attempt to develop a relationship.
3. Contact non certified physicians and attempt to develop a relationship.
4. Work with the regions Clinical Liaison to help them understand who we are as an organization and what we stand for in addition to staying current on any new information.
5. Set up new locations with new physicians.
6. Oversee marketing in their area.
7. Find office space( if needed)
8. Assist with credentialing when needed.

Compensation:
1. For time working in clinic the DA will be paid $15.00 per hour.
2. For all other work the DA will receive 6% of the gross revenue for their territory.
3. A Company cell phone will be provided

The DA position could grow to a six figure salary within the first year. Transportation is a must as there will be alot of traveling to meet physicians. Part Time Sales/Admin NEEDED (all city area)

Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the stores sales goals by selling the furniture and accessories, and services offered by La-Z-Boy
2. Work as a team with Selling Manager, Designers and Sales Leads to promote the In-Home Design program and drive store sales

Need Part-time Experienced Handyman Contractor: Weeknights & Weekends (Blue Ash Montgomery)

I am finishing my basement. I renovated half of the space earlier this year. I still have to finish a laundry room and closets(already framed) and a utility room (unframed). I also have other odd jobs like hanging various things, installing flooring and baseboard etc. The majority of the job will require the following skills: hang drywall, mud drywall, prime, paint, flooring, baseboard trim, installing doors.

I will be working with you. I am looking for someone who brings a great attitude and has a strong work ethic to get things done and has experience to complete the job and finishings/alignments etc. properly. No druggies and I prefer someone who does not smoke on the premises. I prefer someone who lives within ~25 minutes. This is a part time job and probably an on-going thing for several months. I have a pretty extensive network of co-workers and friends who might also be interested in your services that I can provide you as a reference to if you do good work. I am very flexible with when you can and can’t work, however I need someone who is responsible and who will show up when they say they can.

I will be home for all of the work and I will purchase all building materials. I have all the tools to complete the job.

The pay is $13/hr and you will be paid at the end of each day in cash. I work during business hours, and I am looking for someone to work with me during weeknights and weekends. Typical examples of available hours would be $65 for a 5 hour weeknight (i.e. 5-6pm to 10-11pm), or $130 for 10 hours (10-12am-6-8pm) on a Sat/Sun or less hours if you prefer. Again, I am flexible with your schedule on which days you can actually work. I expect to work 2-4 days a week. The pay is slightly below average for those with extensive experience, but I am providing cash, have all the tools, and giving you a lot of flexibility on what days you can work based upon your schedule which essentially makes this supplemental income on days you want to work instead of watch tv or read books
