Apps, Underwriting & Business Analyst – Seeking the Super Capable (West Loop)

- Checked the online system multiple times a day to all of your applications were moving through the underwriting process, emailing appropriate groups with any outstanding information if necessary, and escalating delays to management
- Received requests for more information from the underwriters and relayed that request to the merchant
- Checked and corrected pricing for individual merchants and groups of merchants
- Updated our internal wiki with information about the industry, credit policies and general how-to’s
- Identified areas where we could improve and jumped into the driver’s seat to make sure they get done
- Wanted to play an office game of ping pong but were just too busy
- Received praise multiple times from customers who told you how prompt, efficient, polite, knowledgeable and helpful you were

Senior .NET Developer (West Loop)

We have an immediate need for a Chicago-based Senior Software Engineer. This position will be focused on developing new or enhancing existing ASP.NET applications.

The successful candidate will have excellent .NET development skills, WCF knowledge, database programming experience, and an ability to become a significant contributor in a short period of time. They may be called upon to aid in the enhancement of existing administrative applications, adding functionality to web platforms or other development tasks that arise. Qualifications include:
• Development experience in C#, Silverlight, ASP.NET (.NET Framework 3.0 or higher), WCF, Linq to SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with SQL and schema changes. Microsoft SQL server experience a plus.
• Understanding of software testing and the need to produce high quality software.
• Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced work environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A bachelors degree in computer science or a related field

Strategic Sourcing Consultant (Manager Level)
Responsible for providing leadership, project management skills and subject matter expertise to a variety of client engagements focused in the areas of Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management. In addition, successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, writing articles, preparing sales materials, etc. in support of the marketing and sales efforts of the firm.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Functions as team leader and consulting manager for TMG client engagements
- Prepares time budgets and work plans for client engagements and responsible for managing TMG and client teams within those plans
- Provides Sourcing / Supply Chain expertise to TMG / client teams
- Facilitates communication and interaction with the client lead
- Provide guidance to other TMG consultants
- Provides quality assurance check for all TMG client deliverables
- Supports firm initiatives such as marketing campaigns, sales efforts, BPX, etc. as needed
- Keeps current on latest research and trends in the areas of Strategic Sourcing / Supply Chain
- Willing to speak / present at industry conferences
- Writes articles in the areas of Strategic Sourcing / Supply Chain for industry publications

Qualifications / Experience:
- 6 — 8 years of work experience in management consulting or as a Strategic Sourcing professional within a Fortune 500 company
- Bachelors degree, MBA is a plus
- Experience in training (classroom) other professionals is a plus
- Ability to work / interface at the all levels within an organization

Required Competencies:
- Proven financial, analytical and logical reasoning capabilities
- Understands the elements of change management and is capable of driving change for a client
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication and selling skills
