E-commerce account exec (Charleston, SC)

We are an e-commerce site/app development firm in downtown Charleston, SC. We have a steady flow of projects and inquiries from our chosen e-commerce platform with whom we are a premium 'expert' partner. Looking for a web/technology capable account exec/project manager to proactively respond to new inquiries, assemble quotes/contracts, close the deal and then work with client and developer(s) on our side to move project through to completion rapidly yet with extremely pleased customers. The position is initially at least a contract position anywhere from half-time to full-time at your availability. The more business you can bring in, close, and push through the pipeline the more money you can make and we are growing in load and reputation each month. Looking for someone energetic, positive, good with people/clients over the phone, and a real self-starter. If you have capability to take on some of the simpler consultative pieces of work that come in even better, i.e. some knowledge of html, css, and web shopping experiences are a real plus. You'll receive 15-30% of all revenue you bring in and manage thru to completion, with half of that amount up front when the project begins. Our office is in downtown Charleston, a great workspace and plenty of coffee and food close by. :) We're a strictly casual environment and require a well-honed and intelligent sense of humor.

One additional criteria is we need you to bring your own macbook. We're a growing firm and anxious to build the core of our original team, would love for you to be a part if the fit is right.

Lovely bed and breakfast in an historic property in the heart of downtown Charleston, is looking for a part-time Innkeeper. The staff here is a small team that takes great pride in providing our guests with excellent customer service as well as a beautiful space in which to relax and renew themselves. The required duties include making reservations, guest services such as checking guests in and out, serving a continental breakfast, and generally keeping a small inn running smoothly. Some flexibility in hours required and some work, such as making reservations and sending confirmations, can be done from home.
