Part Time Sales Associate Shop AK (Albright-Knox Art Galley, Buffalo, NY)
The Associate, Shop AK ensures that Gallery patrons receive outstanding customer service, with exceptional and friendly communication as well as solid product knowledge of Shop AK merchandise.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure each Patron receives is greeted with friendly acknowledgement, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information; merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
• Adhere to all Gallery policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
• Communicate patron requests to management.
• Other duties as assigned by Shop or Gallery
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have the ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
• Team player with passionate attention to detail necessary to assist in the completion of tasks simultaneously and on deadline with skill, humor, and flexibility
• Excellent writing, spoken, and organizational skills. Sound judgment and strong professional presence.
• Familiarity of modern and contemporary art a plus
• A desire and passion to learn every day
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, lifting 40+ pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, balancing, climbing, crouching, and reaching. Exposure to cleaning agents, such as window and wood cleaners, etc.
• Must be able to work evenings, as needed, and weekends.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate required. College preferred.
• Previous retail experience a plus

Trailer/Camper Cleaning Position (13800 Siehl Rd Akron, Ny 14001)
We are seeking part time individuals to take part in the cleaning and minor maintenece of our cabins/cottages and other rental units. This job is part time Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays from about 10 til4, and occasionally Sundays from 10 am until 4. Duties include working in a fast pace to ensure each rental unit has ben left well maintained, clean up after the customers, bieng well organized, and sometimes laundry if the cabin requires. Duties also include minor repairs and keeping the outside of the cabins tidy as well, whether it be a weedwhacker or scrub brush.
