REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
•High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree Preferred.
•2+ years experience in high-impact guest service operations including Front Desk, Concierge Desk, Night Auditor, Reception Desk, and any other "front of house" assignments within a luxury hotel, residential environment, or comparable setting.

• Ability to determine when to direct a problem situation to a supervisor required.
