Responsibilities:

The Full Time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager oversees and manages all office procedures and other tasks as assigned by the Plant Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
2. Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings.
3. Maintain confidentiality.
4. Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.
5. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
6. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
7. Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages.
8. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
9. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, payroll, copying, faxing,
mailing and filing.

11. Coordinate and maintain records for staff, office space, telephones, parking, company debit
card and office keys.
12. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, budget preparation, personnel and

software such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or other programs.
14. Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies.
15. Research, price and purchase office furniture, equipment and supplies.
16. Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
17. Assists in special events.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Computer literate.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ENGINEER
FT -- SALARY DOE.
Primary duty is to take care of the guest; duties include preventative maintenance, equipment repairs on HVAC, boilers, motors, hydraulic systems, electrical, plumbing, general building repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment repairs.
Supervise and schedules staff, prepare purchase orders, preventative maintenance program and all other requirements as placed by the Director of Engineering.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM ONE YEAR HOTEL/MOTEL MAINTENANCE OR RELATED MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
MINIMUM SIX MONTHS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
UNIVERSAL REFRIGERATION CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
MUST HAVE STRONG MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL BACKGROUND.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH NO SUPERVISION, MAKE REPAIRS ON ALL EQUIPMENT LISTED ABOVE.
MUST BE ABLE TO WALK LONG DISTANCES AND STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.
ABILITY TO READ, WRITE, AND SPEAK THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
