Chiropractic Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a dedicated, self driven, health oriented, multi tasking, passion for helping others, great communicator, able to work in a team environment, decision making, problem solver, goal oriented, high energy, detail oriented, able to confront uncomfortable situations type of employee. We are a new, fast growing chiropractic office in Homewood. We have an active role in the community and need an individual to match the personality of the office and the doctors in the clinic. This will be a demanding job but also very rewarding as you will get to see and be a part of creating health in the Birmingham community. Skills that you must have, be able to greet our clients and interact with them every visit they are in the office. Computer skills are a must, computer programs that you should understand and know how to use: Excel, Word, and Quickbooks. During office hours you will need to keep up two appointment books, answer phones, interact with clients, educate/inform our clients of appointments/upcoming office events, discuss financial plans with clients, be willing to learn how to continually be the best person for the job and be a pillar health to our clients.

On occasion traveling to different locations around the US will be involved, this is also a requirement for the position.


The hours you're needed will be split shifts, The hours for the clinic are
Mon 8am-12pm 230pm-6pm
Tues - Off except for an hour of training that you will be required to do each week.
Wed - 8am - 1130am 230pm-6pm
Thurs - 730-900am 230-6pm + one hour of training.
Friday - 8am- 1pm

You will be needed regularly for 25-30 hours a week. More hours will be needed but times and dates will be given far enough ahead of time to make sure it fits your schedule. These extra hours are a must or we can not hire you.

If this description fits you there will be a group interview on Friday afternoon @ 630pm. The location is 1015 Stuart street, Homewood, 35209. We will be locking the door at 6:25 and beginning the group interview at 630pm. The interview will take around one hour.
