I am a stay at home mom of a two year old girl who plays well with others. I am offering part time or full time child care in my home. I live in a quiet neighborhood off of the Juban exit. My backyard is fenced in with a swing set, enclosed trampoline, kiddie pool, cottage, and various other backyard toys that you'll child will love to play with. I also have a playroom in my home with lots of toys, puzzles, games, and a tv. I provide healthy snacks. I offer a loving, safe, and structured environment. I have several years experience watching children and can provide several references. I would love the opportunity to care for your child.

Accounting Assistant (North Baton Rouge)
Industry: CPA Firm (income taxes, accounting, financial services, etc.)
Objective: This position performs routine accounting and bookkeeping for business clients. The individual must be able to meet deadlines, be flexible and willing to do other tasks when needed. The employee will compile financial statements and the related income tax return. Advice and assistance are readily available for difficult or unusual problems.
Key Tasks and Duties:
• Summarize financial data by preparing balance sheet, income statement, and other reports
• Verify amounts and codes on various forms for accuracy
• Sort documents and posts debits/credits to proper account
• Balance entries and makes necessary corrections
• Reconcile bank statements
• Document financial transactions by entering account information
• Secure financial information by completing data base backups
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls
• Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Resolve client complaints, or refer situations to supervisor if appropriate
• Answer inquiries regarding work being performed
• Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
• Accounting degree is a plus
• Income tax and financial accounting courses required
• Two years accounting related experience
• Microsoft Office, Outlook and QuickBooks proficiency

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
