Customer Service (Part-Time) (Laurel, MD)
Our client located in Laurel, MD is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
The telephone interviewer is an OUTBOUND call center representative whose main job function is to reach out to patients who have recently received a treatment/service from a healthcare provider (i.e. hospital, out-patient facility, Dr. office, rehab center etc.) and give them a survey regarding the level of care given and the treatment that was provided by staff. Some of these surveys are government mandated and require the interviewer to read the script VERBATIM.
Each survey takes approximately 10-12 minutes to conduct.
Training Schedule:
Monday April 9th -Friday April 14th 5pm-10pm
Saturday April 15th 9am-5pm
After Training:
Mon-Thurs 6-10pm & Sat 10am-5pm
Tues-Fri 6-10pm & Sat 10am-5pm
This position will pay 10.50/ hour.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sales Generation:
• Meet personal and store sales goals
• Continue to develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates' sales techniques to maximize sales
• Utilize and support the "7 Steps of Selling" to maximize sales performance
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise

Customer Service:

• Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal
Human Resources:
• Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image, at all times
• Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
• Support and assist in follow-up for all training programs and seminars
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years specialty retail experience
