Part Time Sales/Admin (downtown area)
Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the stores sales goals by selling the furniture and accessories, and services offered by La-Z-Boy
2. Work as a team with Selling Manager, Designers and Sales Leads to promote the In-Home Design program and drive store sales
3. Meet and greet ALL customers that come into the store
4. Ensure that each customer has an informative and positive experience by using good customer service skills and demonstrating knowledge of products and services
5. Maximize store promotions, marketing initiatives, and grass roots programs
6. Maintain strong knowledge of features and benefits of existing and new product line
7. Accurately complete order information, collect deposits and fees, keep orderly customer records, and research customer payments and deliveries
8. Assists with maintaining the overall appearance of the store, this includes, but is not limited to, set up of accessories, maintenance of showroom displays, tagging product and accessories, and general store cleanliness.
9. Assist with other store functions as needed including but not limited to furniture handling, cleaning duties, inventory management, clerical duties and store line up execution.
10. Meet established store goals as set by management
11. Maintain a positive working relationship with all store associates
12. Adhere to general store operational procedures and guidelines
13. All Assistant Sales Associates are expected to achieve PSS certification, including completion of all LMS modules
14. Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Some post-high school education is preferred.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel
• Ability to deal with people at all levels and work as team
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Initiative to meet assigned goals, missions and objectives
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and certain holidays as required

We are looking for an experienced driver with warehouse experience to drive a 24' box or stake truck. This driving position will have approximately 18 to 25 stops.
The Driver checks outgoing, transfer and return shipments for correctness. Pick up/deliver material to customer's place of business or job sites and, in doing so, acts as a liaison between customer and the company. The Driver keeps records on truck deliveries including time, distance traveled, expenses incurred and other relevant information. The position requires operating lift trucks, hand trucks or other equipment in loading or unloading trucks.
Qualifications include:
A Valid Driver's license and the ability to pass a DOT exam is required
2 years Experience with driving a box truck
A High School Diploma or GED is required
Basis computer skills required
Excellent Communication skills
The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repetitively
Multi-tasking in a very fast paced work environment
