SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Building Sciences, Construction (drywall, framing, plumbing) Carpet Installation, HVAC, and/or Auto Repair.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Clean and valid Idaho driving license.
- Able to pass a criminal background check & random drug test(s).
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Have a full range of body movements including use of hands to handle or feel objects, tools, and equipment; and the ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, reach, stretch, crouch, crawl, kneel, and climb.
- Willing to sign a no compete agreement.
- Must have good people skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be punctual.
- Must be neat in appearance and well groomed.
- This job may require you to work nights, weekends and holidays. You must have the ability and willingness to be flexible with this kind of schedule. Available off hours to respond to emergency jobs. Part time job offer could move up to a full time position for the right person.

- Ability to work unsupervised, self-started, self-motivated and goal driven.
- This position will also require you to have a cell phone to keep in contact with the operations manager.
