Description:

We are looking for a Lead Flash Developer who is both a skilled programmer and a person who can motivate our team of game developers to successfully complete social games. As Lead Flash Developer, you are responsible for defining our social game frameworks and architecture. You also like to contribute to our Research and Development by keeping up to date with the market, scanning new development tools, and trying innovative technologies. But as a hands-on person, you certainly do enjoy coding and working on innovative gameplay yourself.

Our candidate is self-motivated and has a keen affinity for game-technology. You'll be a part of optimizing and refining one of our game engines in Flash front-end. Requirements:

* A computer science (Bachelor or Master level) degree or similar experience
* A proven track record (6 to 8 years) in a game development role as a Senior or Lead
* Hands-on experience in leading a team
* 5+ years development experience in Action Script (AS2 and AS3)
* A team player with strong social and communication skills
* Excellent collaboration, and problem solving skills
* Experience integrating with back-end services (PHP/Ruby)
* Familiarity with web-scale infrastructures with LAMP stack experience
* Strong understanding of web technologies and web service API calls
* Good UI and visual design sense
* Passion for games a huge plus

Part Time- Teller (Howard Lane-No. Austin,TX)

This position is responsible for assisting the membership with TruWest product, service and account information. Responsible for processing teller transactions including updating member's accounts, receiving and processing deposits and payments, disbursing funds from members' accounts and issuing a variety of negotiable services. Individual must maintain and balance a cash drawer as well as balance all negotiable instruments. Individual must present a professional image at all times as well as have the ability to maintain a flexible schedule.

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: One year of recent cash handling, sales and customer service experience.

Knowledge and Skills: The ability to perform math calculations with a high degree of accuracy, and have good knowledge of negotiable instrument elements. Must have basic PC skills and experience with office equipment such as 10-key calculator, PC keyboard, copy and fax machines. Individual must have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of products, services and account requirements associated with financial industry services preferred. Must project a professional image.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Understands and can perform all teller transactions including cashiering, reconciliation and ATM reconciliation process.
2.Good knowledge of negotiable instrument elements and the ability to accurately balance a cash drawer.
3.Ability to understand the processes involved with instant-issuance cards, gift cards and
reloadable cards.
4.Good working knowledge of the financial (TruWest) computer systems and able to navigate between various support software systems.
5.Follows credit union policy and procedure as they relate to Tellers.
6.Document and maintain acceptable referral and sales levels. (meeting established TruService Survey scores)
7.A good understanding of the TruService (Solonis) System; including prompts and other sales tools.
8.Source documents, checks and balance sheet are properly processed by following established procedures.
9.A good understanding of the Check 21 process and eDesk.
10.Understands and maintains acceptable member service standards, including all external and internal survey scores.
11.Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of the TruService Philosophy and sales process.
12.Recognizes opportunities to promotes and cross-sell credit union products and services with members while conducting routine transactions.
13.Work as part of the team and cooperates with co-workers and Managers and demonstrates a willingness to assume additional responsibilities.
